3. Agent Rankings Methodology

Agent rankings on our platform are based on a 50-point internal analysis including: verified MLS transaction history, active license status, days-on-market performance, list-to-sale price ratios, and client review quality. No agent can pay to improve their ranking. Rankings are re-verified every six months.

4. Statistical Claims

Claims such as "1.8 million property sellers" represent the cumulative number of lead submissions processed through our platform since launch. "12K+ Active Agents" reflects agents currently in our verified database. "300+ metro areas" reflects our geographic coverage. These figures are updated periodically.

5. Commercial Relationships

Top 3 in Realty may receive referral compensation from agents when a successful match results in a transaction. This does not influence agent rankings, which are determined independently.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular outcome from your use of our service, including but not limited to a sale price, time to sell, or agent performance. Individual results will vary.
